These terms set expectations for uploads, AI-generated previews, user responsibilities, service availability and acceptable use.
LamSnap provides an AI-assisted workflow for visualising laminate references on furniture or room images. It is intended to help users explore and compare a visual direction before confirming physical materials.
You are responsible for providing accurate instructions, reviewing every generated result, maintaining access to your device or session, and independently confirming materials, measurements, technical specifications, suitability and installation requirements.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for every image, instruction, mark and other input you submit.
You retain your rights in content you lawfully provide. By submitting content, you permit LamSnap and its configured providers to host, copy, transform, analyse and process it as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve the requested service.
Do not upload confidential, unlawful or sensitive content, or images of people and private places without appropriate permission.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or visually inconsistent. It may change handles, edges, panel lines, grain, perspective, lighting, colour or other details. Similar inputs may produce different outputs.
Always inspect the physical laminate sample under relevant lighting and confirm technical specifications before buying, cutting, fabricating or installing material.
You may not use LamSnap to violate law or third-party rights, process content without permission, distribute malware, probe or bypass security, overload the service, automate abusive requests, misrepresent a preview as guaranteed proof, or attempt to obtain another user's project or private data.
LamSnap may experience queueing, provider interruption, maintenance, errors or data loss. Features and provider configurations may change. No uninterrupted availability, fixed generation time or successful output is guaranteed.
The LamSnap name, interface, software, visual design and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of LamSnap technology or branding.
Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or providers; respond to legal requirements; investigate misuse; or enforce these terms. A final account-termination process will depend on account features when introduced.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LamSnap is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, material match or business outcome. Users remain responsible for final design, purchasing, fabrication and installation decisions.
Any legally effective exclusions, liability cap and mandatory consumer rights require review for the jurisdiction selected before these terms are published.
Some generations may require credits. Prices, included credits, payment methods and detailed refund rules are not stated here and should only apply when clearly presented and approved. The separate Refund & Credit Policy describes general handling principles without inventing rates or deadlines.
The governing law, dispute forum, effective date and verified legal contact must be selected and reviewed before external publication. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
